Thickening filters & Carbonate boilers
Choquenet offers the latest generation of carbonator boilers with richter tube technology. This innovative technology guarantees a highly efficient juice purification process in sugar industry.
A traditional boiler must have a pumping system to allow the recycling of the gas and limed juice (at least 15 times the incoming flow) in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
The Choquenet technology, on the other hand, makes it possible to obtain a homogeneous carbonated juice without a pumping system, but by simply injecting the CO2 internally via the richter tubes.
