AirScrape sealing system
AirScrape® is a contact-free conveyor belt skirting system which acts as a highly effective side seal. It is mounted over the conveyor belt skirting. By means of the unique diagonal arrangement of hardened stainless-steel lamellae, air is led from the outside into the middle of the belt, thus creating an air suction according to the Venturi concept. The material movement and the moving belt support increase the suction effect, so that fine dust particles remain in the conveyor section.
DustScrape - dust filtration at transfer points
DustScrape is a highly effective system against dust formation that is a combination of filter cloth and AirScrape system. DustScrape is air-permeable to the excess pressure created. The special antistatic filter cloth designed for self-cleaning makes long-lasting dust retention possible.
PrimeTracker – balance belt and support
The latest technology PrimeTracker is a conveyor belt guidance system. Due to its unique design, it acts like a standard conveyor belt roller when the belt runs smoothly and only intervenes when the belt leaves its optimum position. As soon as the conveyor belt runs off-centre, the PrimeTracker corrects the movement with small forces and very low friction, thus preventing unnecessary wear. The PrimeTracker does not require any other guiding aids.
SureSupport conveyor belt support
SureSupport provides support and guidance for the belt, prevents belt sag caused by the impact energy of falling/conveyed materials, and thus supports the side sealing function of AirScrape. The specially developed sliding surfaces ensure smooth and straight belt tracking. When integrated with SureSupport, AirScrape delivers a high-performance dust free & unique contactless skirting solution within material transfer area.
TailScrape sealing
The intelligent TailScrape sealing structure ensures that negative pressure is created in the conveying area actually sucking the material onto the conveyor belt. Like AirScrape®, the TailScrape works according to the Venturi concept. Thus, dust generation and spills are reduced to 0%. The TailScrape works without contact to the belt and can therefore be operated permanently without maintenance. Used together with the AirScrape, the TailScrape saves considerable costs and resources.
