Scale Inhibitors
In the sugar industry process equipment, scaling and under-deposit corrosion are serious problems of sugar plants, especially at the evaporators. Heavy scaling occurs all along the evaporation line, where the thin juice must be concentrated before crystallization.
Without constant treatment, scaling is responsible for progressively dropping the production capacity and increasing manufacturing costs.
Our solution is scale inhibitors. They prevent scaling in different sectors of the evaporators.
Our scale inhibitors are particularly recommended in beets sugar mills whenever the scale formed is mainly based on calcium carbonate, calcium oxalate, and calcium sulfate.
Viscosity reducers
Viscosity is another critical hazard for comprehensive operation of the equipment. It is caused by massecuite – a thick viscous mass consisting of sugar crystals and liquid with solids content of 92-93%.
Invented by our experts agent VM135™ is a mixture of surface active ingredients working synergistically to reduce surface tension of viscous materials like massecuite.
Surfactant based technology of VM135™ is designed to enhance the exhaustibility of massecuite and increase circulation of low grade massecuite, resulting in greater fluidity and reduces the boiling time.

- boiling efficiency;
- crystallization;
